9-9-11: A+E Staff Members Volunteer in Waterbury

On Friday morning, staff members from A+E headed to the Waterbury meal site at St. Leo's hall to volunteer their time to help with the Irene recovery efforts. They spent the morning sorting through donations, preparing bagged lunches for nearly 100 volunteers on site in Waterbury, and prepping meals for additional volunteers coming to the hall for meals. It was a pleasure to be able to lend a helping hand to our communities with so much work left to do to clean up residences and businesses from the mass flooding Hurricane Irene caused.
